Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing satchel to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
